This notice is provided pursuant to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and describes how TiAssicuro Sagl collects and processes the personal data of visitors and clients of this website.

Activities and purposes of processing
TiAssicuro Sagl acts as an intermediary in the advice and brokerage of insurance, pension and mortgage products and refers its clients to authorised partners for investment and credit products, all offered by third parties. Your personal data is collected and processed exclusively for purposes connected with this activity, in particular to:
- reply to your requests for advice or information received through the contact form, e-mail or telephone;
- prepare offers, files and applications with insurance companies, banks or other financial partners, on your instructions;
- manage the contractual relationship and fulfil the legal obligations connected with insurance and financial intermediation;
- where you have expressly consented, send you informational or commercial communications about products and services of TiAssicuro Sagl.
Legal basis
Processing is based, as the case may be, on the performance of a mandate or contract with you, on your explicit consent (for example for sending marketing communications), on compliance with legal obligations to which TiAssicuro Sagl is subject, or on the legitimate interest of TiAssicuro Sagl in properly managing the relationship with its clients and prospective clients.
Categories of data processed
We process the data you provide to us directly, such as first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of your request, as well as the data needed to handle your case (income, asset, insurance or pension data) where you provide it as part of an advisory mandate.
Website statistics and cookies
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to collect anonymous statistics on the use of the site. Measurement cookies are activated only after your consent, given through the cookie notice, which you can change or withdraw at any time. More information can be found in the cookie policy.
Disclosure of data to third parties
Your data may be disclosed to insurance companies, banks, financial partners, IT and e-mail service providers (e.g. Microsoft 365) or other specialised service providers, only to the extent necessary to follow up on your request or the mandate given. TiAssicuro Sagl does not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for purposes unrelated to the mandate received.
Transfer of data abroad
Some of the technical service providers we use (for example for hosting the website or e-mail) may also process data outside Switzerland. In that case, the transfer takes place only to countries that guarantee an adequate level of data protection under the FADP, or on the basis of equivalent contractual safeguards. This may also apply to Google Analytics, which may process measurement data in the United States.
Retention period
Your personal data is kept for the time necessary to follow up on your request or perform the mandate given, and afterwards for the period required by the legal retention obligations applicable to insurance and financial intermediation. Once these periods have expired, the data is deleted or anonymised.
Data security
We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse, including the encrypted transmission of information sent through this website.
Your rights
As a data subject, under the FADP you have the right to:
- obtain confirmation of whether personal data concerning you is being processed and access it;
- obtain the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request the deletion of data, within the limits provided by law and by the retention obligations to which we are subject;
- obtain, under the conditions set out in the FADP, the disclosure of your data in a common electronic format or its transfer to another controller (right to data portability);
- object to the processing of your data, in particular for marketing purposes;
- withdraw at any time a consent previously given, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Changes to this notice
TiAssicuro Sagl reserves the right to update this notice to reflect legal or organisational changes. The version in force is always the one published on this website.
